Low Start-Up Costs
We include an elite photography package, full listing creation, copywriting, search engine optimization, house manual creation, property branding, noise-sensor install & monitoring, security monitoring & intelligent lock install for a low fee!
No Nickel & Diming
You won’t be surprised with added expenses, including concierge fees, minor maintenance, soft goods, etc. Most management companies will bill and upcharge for minor expenses. Nobody likes that!
Running The Business
We handle all back-end aspects of the vacation rental business for a management fee of 22% of the nightly rental rate. This includes reputation management, inventory management, monthly reporting, damage claims & loss recovery.
Responsible Hosting
This includes guest screening, managing contracts, deposits & fee collection, restocking consumables, guest services and relations, 24/7 guest communication, overseeing garbage service, post departure inspections, maintenance inspections, cleaning & laundry services.
Revenue Management
We only make money when you do so we’re highly incentivized to get more bookings at higher nightly rates. Our small, boutique company is focused on optimizing each owners returns. We pride ourselves on being able to retrieve the highest rates in the market.
Month To Month
We believe in earning your business every day. We’re not happy unless you are. Our goal is to keep our portfolio small so that we can give each property the attention it deserves. We would NEVER hold you to a lengthy contract!
